1. **Business Days:**
We do not consider holidays or weekends as business days.

2. **Returns and Exchanges:**
Customized items or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is an error on our part.

3. **Exchanges and Cancellations:**
Exchanges and cancellations may be considered in certain circumstances. Feel free to reach out to us through a message here, and we'll see what we can work out!

4. **Reporting Issues:**
Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of the package being delivered. Please include a photo of your paper invoice and all received items. While it is your responsibility to check for defects or issues before pressing transfers, if there are defective transfers, we will replace them if you inform us beforehand. 5. **Sezzle Orders:**
Please note that Sezzle orders require a minimum $35 purchase to be used as a method of payment.
